What this is

Not a diet. A return to the way we already ate.

Afro Indigenous foodways were plant-forward long before the word vegan existed. Here we recover those staples and rituals and place them back into ordinary weeknights — with reverence, and without shame.

Everything is taught in plain language, tested in a home kitchen, and paced so beginners can keep up.

Membership benefits

Everything you need to cook, heal and gather.

Seasonal recipes

Weeknight-simple dishes built on heirloom beans, corn, squash and greens — with the history behind each one.

Plant medicine

A guided course in ancestral herbal practice: infusions, syrups and salves, prepared safely at home.

Live gatherings

Cook-alongs, workshops and supper clubs where the practice becomes company.

The cook-alongs changed how I eat. Nothing here is preachy — it is just warm, practical and rooted.

The herbal course gave me language for what my grandmother did without explanation. Worth every dollar.

Questions

Before you join

Still unsure? Write to hello@afroindigenousvegan.com and we'll answer personally.

Do I need to be fully vegan to join?

No. Most members arrive somewhere in the middle. The practice is about adding ancestral plant foods back in, not policing what you remove.

What happens after I join?

You get immediate access to the archive for your tier, the current season's meal plans, and an invitation to the next live gathering.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from your member dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; cancellations keep your access until the end of the paid period.

Is the content beginner friendly?

Yes. Every recipe lists a simplified weeknight version, and every workshop is recorded so you can move at your own pace.

Do you ship anything physical?

Elder Circle members receive a signed seasonal cookbook. Everything else is digital, so it reaches you anywhere.
